What does the $39 offer include?

A pre-booked private Essential ride between a Base-area address and Halifax Stanfield: $44 before HST, minus the $5 Pay Online saving. Other areas add a zone charge, shown before you book.

How far ahead should I book?

12 hours or more is recommended. In Base, +$10 and +$20 areas you can still request a ride at shorter notice, and we'll confirm if a driver is available. Areas +$25 and above need 24 hours' notice.

What if my flight is delayed?

Your confirmed pickup moves later at no charge. If the delay is more than 6 hours or into the next day, we re-confirm your ride. If we can't make the new time, you choose a free reschedule or a full refund.

What if my flight is cancelled?

If the airline cancels your flight, choose a free reschedule or a full refund. You don't need to know your new travel date first.
