How we count bags.
A checked suitcase, up to about 76 × 51 × 30 cm and 23 kg (50 lb).
Counts as 2 spaces
A cabin suitcase, up to about 56 × 36 × 23 cm.
Counts as 1 space

How matching works.
Based on your passengers and bag spaces. Your match is confirmed when you book.

A van seats up to 6 passengers.
A booking that needs two vehicles is confirmed once both are secured. If you arrive with more people or bags than booked, we'll re-check the fit and ask before adding any charge. Prices before HST.
Special items and equipment.
- Golf clubs, skis, large boxes
- Add them when you book so we can check the fit. There's no sports-equipment fee.
- Wheelchairs, walkers, canes
- Folding equipment rides free when it fits safely. We don't provide lifting or transfers.
- Child seats
- Not supplied. Please bring any car seat your child needs. Passengers under 18 travel with an adult.
- Pets
- Service animals are welcome. Other pets ride in a secure carrier; please mention them when you book.
If your vehicle changes.
We may assign a different driver or vehicle for operational reasons. It will fit your party, you won't pay more because of the change, and we'll send the new details before pickup.
