Pay Online, step by step.

When you bookCard saved. $0 charged.Your card is saved securely with our payment provider, and your $5 saving is applied.
Your ride beginsNothing to do.No card reader, no payment screen. Just ride.
10 minutes inYour fare is charged.On a very short ride, it may be charged just before the ride ends.
After your rideReceipt by text and email.Any extras you approved, like added waiting or a stop, appear on the same receipt.

Card declined?: Pay your driver in the vehicle instead. You keep the $5 saving.
Your card details: Saved with our payment provider. Rido never stores your card number.
Cash: Not a regular payment option. In the vehicle, pay by tap, debit or credit.
Tipping: Always optional. There's no tip screen when you book.
Refunds: Started within 1 business day, to your original payment method. Your bank may take longer to post it.
Savings stack: The $5 Pay Online saving applies on each eligible ride, including both rides of a round trip. Ways to save

When you confirm a Pay Online booking, you'll see this statement.

“By confirming, you authorize Rido to charge this card after your ride begins for the booked fare and any additional charges you approve.”
